Transitioning into Fall

ahh Fall...a time to cozy up and envelop the home with some richer tones. My color obsession of the moment is navy accented with black, white, and gold. While animal motifs and polka dots bring in a touch of whimsy.

NEOCON 2013

Color was in full swing this year at Neocon. Bright colors seemed to be the trend with many showrooms exhibiting various shades of blues, yellows and pops of neon. This year it was clear that fashion trends had transitioned over to the furniture industry (e.g. Mohawks denim modular flooring, plaid Herman Miller Lounge). I wonder what trend(s) I'll see next year? ...black & white stripes? ...floral? ...polka dots?
